Job Description

Join our team as a contractual Engagement Marketing Analyst, Email to build and test email campaigns using tools like Optimove for global audiences, including our upcoming French Canadian launch. You’ll ensure flawless deployments, track performance metrics, and collaborate with creatives to make emails feel personal. Ideal if you have 1+ year of email marketing experience, sharp attention to detail, and adaptability for occasional late launches. This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend.

What you'll be doing:

Email Marketing Execution & Analysis

  1. Assists in the development and management of email marketing initiatives.   

  2. Helps manage and execute email campaigns.  

  3. Update creative briefs for asset requests and monitor Click Up and JIRA tickets.  

  4. Conducts email proofing to check that all email campaigns and flows are precise and flawless prior to deployment.  

  5. Assists in performance tracking and reporting for stakeholders on a weekly basis.  

  6. Assists in launching email campaigns and influencer vetting. 

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related fields. 

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing channels such as Social Media, Content, Influencer, or Email List any desired skill set.   

  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 

  • Experience in Marketing is not required but is definitely a plus.  

Our must-haves:

  • Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.
  • Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.
  • Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed if the primary connection becomes spotty.

Location: The Engagement Marketing Analyst, Email (Contract) position is a remote contractual position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only. 

Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process. 

Status: This is a contractual, home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time, dedicated work daily, five days a week. Given the role’s contractual nature, there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard, the contract will be effective from September 2025 to January 31, 2026. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.

Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will not be provided.
