Our team is divided into two groups: venture capital and venture building. The venture capital team invests in exponential technologies, while the venture building team supports entrepreneurs working in Web3, blockchain, deep tech, and green tech.

SCB 10X VC (formerly Digital Ventures Corporate VC) was established by The Siam Commercial Bank in 2016. Since the fund launch, we have deployed capital worldwide in emerging disruptive technologies areas to generate both strategic and financial returns for SCBX. Responsibilities

Associate/Manager/Principal, Venture Capital will be responsible for performing due diligence, market research, and monitoring of portfolio companies with a focus on technology companies.

Job Descriptions:

• Conducting due diligence on potential venture capital investments with a focus on technology companies
• Gathering information from target companies, industry experts, and technical/business consultants to assess the target company
• Conducting research on the existing references and customers of the target company
• Exploring and researching potential competitors to the target company
• Developing financial modeling and valuation analysis and preparing internal investment memos
• Performing market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities in the technology industry
• Connecting with business networks and peers in other venture capital firms to stay updated on the latest developments in the technology industry
• Monitoring and reporting on portfolio companies, with a focus on technology companies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Math
• At least 3 years of work experience in venture capital or related field with a focus on technology companies
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Tech sectors and systems, trends and opportunities
• Strong understanding of technical and business concepts with business acumen
• Interest and knowledge in startups and technology, with a focus on Deep Tech, DeFi, Blockchain, and Digital assets
• Fluent in English.
