About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage and optimize our e-commerce fulfillment operations. This role will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do:

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbounding, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Manage shift planning, labor allocation, and productivity to meet dynamic e-commerce demand
Ensure high order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and minimal fulfillment delays
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve flow, reduce handling time, and increase throughput
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, cost, and service level performance
Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, pick accuracy, cost per order) and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with inventory, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless E2E delivery
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards

What you'll need:

3-5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail
Hands-on experience with WMS systems and real-time performance monitoring
Proficiency in SQL & Excel. Python, PowerBI is added advantage
Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
