About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage and optimize our e-commerce fulfillment operations. This role will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbounding, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

  • Manage shift planning, labor allocation, and productivity to meet dynamic e-commerce demand

  • Ensure high order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and minimal fulfillment delays

  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve flow, reduce handling time, and increase throughput

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, cost, and service level performance

  • Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, pick accuracy, cost per order) and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with inventory, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless E2E delivery

  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards

What you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail
  • Hands-on experience with WMS systems and real-time performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in SQL & Excel. Python, PowerBI is added advantage
  • Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
