Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operations Assistant to manage content workflows, coordinate creative teams, and support client communications. In this role, you'll oversee content calendars, review and organize creative assets, handle video editing coordination, manage social media posting, and assist with billing and prospecting tasks. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of operations experience, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with Notion, Excel, and managing creative processes is a plus.

Core Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners

  • Perform quality control on creative assets to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Manage a team of creatives to produce and finalize client assets in a timely manner

  • Manage other PM tasks (track deadlines/ milestones and coordinate to ensure success)

  • Manage client content folders (create folders, upload content, distribute links, etc)

  • Oversee a Notion content calendar and execute weekly

  • Oversee video editing: Coordinate editors by providing them with video links and instructions, ensuring timely completion, and checking completed edits for approval.

  • Manage post-approval content: Transfer approved edits to a designated client folder

  • Post content to various social media platforms and manage the client's social accounts

  • Manage billing by processing and paying invoices received from contractors

  • Perform daily prospecting by compiling lists of sports/ poker content creators and reaching out to them for potential collaborations

  • Engage with prospects, manage email correspondence, and involve the business owner once interest is confirmed


Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years experience as an operations associate (preferably at an agency or startup)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an extroverted personality

  • Experience communicating with clients in a fast-paced environment over phone/ email

  • 1+ years experience managing a creative development process and team

  • Hands-on experience with project management tasks and tools (Notion preferred)

  • Basic - intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work EST

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro)

  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for internal team coordination / communication




Salary:

$400- 800
