This is a remote position.

Mandatory Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a related discipline and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology/ information management related work experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst including requirements gathering and documentation, developing technical solutions and outlining solutions options and improvements.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
Demonstrated experience engaging business and technical subject matter experts to elicit requirements by leading the workshop/discovery sessions, applying critical thinking to identify business requirements and technical capabilities, effective documentation preparation and ability to clearly articulate business system requirements and desired outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in producing visual system diagrams that clearly depict the relationships between business functions and develop the business process documents.
