Digital Project ManagerPosition Overview
Shaw Industries is seeking a Project Manager who will oversee the day-to-day color approvals for both our internal and external teams will be important for this role to ensure timely delivery of assets are achieved and customer satisfaction is met. As the Digital Project Manager, a clear understanding of the project scope and customer needs will be of utmost importance in order to prioritize each project. This role will be filled by a high energy, self-motivated and coachable individual that is ready to learn, share and communicate with others to drive results.

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate digital asset requests from Shaw brands by soliciting and documenting all requirements needed for each project.
· Owning digital asset files for all internal/external production to include uploading, applying naming convention, annotating, organizing, and archiving.
· Works with the internal digital team and outside vendor partners on proper workflows to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
· Works with Merchandising to set up material specifications needed for scanning and photography processes.
· Works with Procurement and Plant personnel to ensure material is flowing properly and delivered on time.
· Receive and standardize all final assets ensuring each asset is color corrected and built to the brand’s specifications.
· Communicate to all groups involved when assets are available and downloaded assets have been revised.
· Ability to analyze, make effective decisions, prioritize, assess and mitigate risks
· Unrelenting focus on quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
· Partners with Digital Content Manager to set the priorities for the day-to-day operations of the Digital Lab.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, and other key stakeholders of the company.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree with experience in project management OR 2 years experience in project management.
· Able to pass Munsell Hue Color Discrimination test
· Previous experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
Preferred Requirements:
· Previous digital asset management experience
· Previous Adobe WorkFront experience
