Condé Nast Germany is now looking for you as a TTG Commercial Talent Manager (all genders welcome!), initially as a replacement for a long-term sick employee for Condé Nast in Munich .

The  role will be to support the creative, sales and marketing teams propose, cast and sign the right talent for brand content projects.

The Role ist based in Munich and Reporting to the US Commercial Director - The Talent Group, your missions as Commercial Talent Manager, these tasks await you:

  • Collaborate with the pre-sale team to actively contribute to the development and implementation of the "Talent" strategy, aimed at driving additional revenue opportunities.

  • Support local teams (CNX, OPS, Commercials, Events) and global teams in identifying, scouting, sourcing, casting, and booking talent for branded content initiatives, with occasional involvement in advertising campaigns.

  • Oversee campaign management, including contracting, execution, brand coordination, influencer partnerships, and other tasks related to influencer-driven campaigns.

  • Identify local talent across diverse categories—such as entertainment, food, fashion, design, beauty, sports, technology—who can captivate and inspire audiences in your market. This includes high-profile personalities, entrepreneurs, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and more.

  • Negotiate and craft deals with a wide range of talent types including celebrities, chefs, entrepreneurs, social media influencers, artists, athletes, musicians, designers, etc., ensuring proper contract execution.

  • Serve as the key point of accountability for meeting campaign budgets, deadlines, deliverables, results tracking, and reporting.

  • Manage and oversee talent during on-site production to ensure smooth operations and alignment with campaign goals.

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the talent landscape by staying informed on trends, upcoming projects, previous brand partnerships, fee structures, and representation details.

  • Build and nurture relationships with Talent Agencies, PR Firms, Digital Influencer Agencies, Record Labels, Model Agents, and other industry stakeholders.

  • Develop presentations and decks for client and agency partner meetings.

  • Pitch talent recommendations to clients and agency partners in alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Monitor and report on influencer activations using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

  • Excellent communicator;

  • Team player, make decisions in a  timely  manner, and work under;

  • Negotiation skills;

  • Proactive and curious;

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines;

  • Experience in PR, editorial, commercial, digital;

  • Having relationships with celebrity publicists, studios, music labels and streaming television networks;

  • Fluent in English and German
