Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation - Responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, management and support of the SAP systems environment, including Administration, Sales, Distribution, and other areas. Administer applications and systems, respond to problems and plan for growth. Understand the technical infrastructure standards and requirements for the integration of specific SAP modules and design application architecture specific to SAP technologies for solution integration. Support integration of changes in test, pre-production and production environments and complete migration tasks such as change request review, software build coordination, release documentation, production issue resolution and tracking report distribution. Monitor the performance of system applications and execute contingency plans in case of system outages, troubleshoot a wide variety of technical problems and provide Level II support to the Help Desk. Implement SAP services such as initial installation (or oversight), as well as subsequent installations of updates and patches. Develop processes and oversee the installation of upgrades and patches for the enterprise SAP system. Requires 5% domestic travel. #LI-DNI

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related technical field. Requires at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a SAP Systems Administrator, Architect, or related position administering SAP systems. Experience must include utilizing SAP Suite of products, including ECC, CRM, GTS, OER, BI, SRM (EBP/SUS), MDM, BPC, PI, SolMan, GTS, GRC, Trex, and EHS; performing integration of SAP Systems with non-SAP technologies, including Ariba, Biztalk, SAPBTP, BSI TAX Factory, Real Tech –Transport Manager, UC4 Job Scheduler, Vertex, and Opentext VIM applications; working with operating systems, including Windows Server, HP-UX, AIX, Unix, Linux, as well as Oracle, MS SQL server, Sybase, MAX DB and HANA Database Management systems; and working with large SAP systems with at least 10TB+ database size and 25+ application servers. Requires 5% domestic travel. Fully remote position.
