RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle bookkeeping entries, update ledgers, and manage client budgets for Georgian and other entities
  • Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with audits, fact-checks, and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Upload the client budgets to the accounting system and provide the current Budget vs. Accrual reports
  • Review invoices and payroll calculations for Georgian employees and coordinate approvals with HR
  • Assist in preparing the Monthly Finance Report
  • Calculate and process Georgian payroll and related tax filings
  • Submit monthly declarations and quarterly statistical reports in compliance with Georgian regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar finance-related role
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Experience with audit support and discrepancy resolution
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations, preferably including Georgian payroll processing and tax filings
  • Previous experience working with multi-country payroll and financial compliance is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel, QuickBooks Online is a plus
