Job description

The Billing and Coding Specialist is responsible for the review and resubmission of scrub edits, payer front-end rejected, and denied claims. Ensure the accuracy of billing and coding by reviewing documentation, client contracts and/or payer guidelines. Accurately abstract data into appropriate client electronic medical record systems, following the Official ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Guidelines for Coding, AMA CPT Guidelines, and CMS directives


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
