We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support persona-driven campaigns and marketing asset creation across our aviation-focused client portfolio. This remote role requires someone who is confident producing engaging visual and written content, delivering persona-based campaigns, managing social media activity, and designing campaign materials using tools like Canva, Adobe, or their preferred platform.

You must bring experience in the aviation sector and a strong understanding of how to tailor marketing to stakeholders such as IT Directors, VPs, and Account Owners in that space.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation: Design and produce compelling visuals, infographics, and digital assets using Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools. Portfolio/examples required.
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage posts (especially on LinkedIn) aligned with account-specific and brand-level goals.
Targeted Campaign Execution: Deliver persona-based campaigns for key aviation accounts, adjusting content to speak to IT and business leadership audiences.
Press & Comms Support: Write and format press releases and external communications around new partnerships, launches, and wins.
Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Manage personalised outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn using pre-approved messaging and creative variations.
Stakeholder-Focused Messaging: Translate input from solution architects and internal SMEs into clear, compelling marketing messages and assets.
Autonomous Delivery: Own end-to-end marketing execution for assigned campaigns with minimal oversight.

Requirements

Mandatory: Proven experience in the aviation industry
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for digital design
Demonstrated success managing B2B social media, especially LinkedIn
Strong copywriting skills for both technical and business audiences
Experience with persona-led or account-based marketing
Self-starter mindset; able to run multiple campaigns independently
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
