JOB DESCRIPTION

FCamara is supporting a well-established financial institution in the UK that’s undergoing a major phase of digital transformation. We’re looking for a Tech Lead C# to drive key technology initiatives, lead development teams, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Apply TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices in software development
Develop and maintain efficient, scalable REST APIs
Manage CI/CD and deployment pipelines to ensure continuous, high-quality delivery

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
5+ years of experience with C#
Experience with AWS or Azure (cloud-native environments preferred)
Advanced English (C1), with strong communication skills in technical and leadership contexts
Previous experience in financial services is a plus
