Job description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our growing team. Reporting to our Manager of People Operations, this role will be instrumental in driving key HR functions, including recruiting, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and employees, you’ll play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. 
  • Developing and executing employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention. 
  • Managing benefits administration, including employee inquiries, open enrollment, and vendor relationships. 
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, keeping documentation and processes up to date. 
  • Serving as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including performance management and policy interpretation. 
  • Supporting HR programs such as performance reviews, training and development, and other initiatives. 
  • Assisting with HR reporting, data analysis, and process improvements. 
  • Handling day-to-day HR operations and contributing to broader HR projects as needed. 

  • What we're looking for:
  • Experience in an HR generalist, HRBP (HR Business Partner), and/or recruiting-focused role. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. 
  • Experience working closely with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Lever, or similar). 
  • Must be dependable and have the highest level of trust with confidential information.
