Position Summary We are seeking experienced Management Consultants who have spent the last 5 consecutive years at the same top-tier company, demonstrating stability, commitment, and a track record of sustained client delivery. Ideal candidates will have the ability to independently run complex projects, present to executive audiences with confidence, and demonstrate a consistent track record of high customer satisfaction. This is a proactive pipeline role to position both you and Kaeppel for upcoming growth opportunities and future client engagements.
What We’re Looking For Must Have:
5 consecutive years of consulting experience at a top-tier company
Proven experience managing full project lifecycles—from kickoff to delivery
Ability to run a project independently and present well to stakeholders
Strong presentation and executive communication skills
Demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction and successful stakeholder engagement
One or more certifications in PMP, BLACK BELT, OR CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Preferred:
Cross-industry or sector experience
Strong background in transformation, operations, or organizational change
