Job description

Collections Representatives & Bilingual Collections Representatives - Competitive pay starting at $16/hr. or more for relevant experience (additional 15% for bilingual skills). Plus monthly performance incentive opportunities! Monday through Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm, NO WEEKENDS!

We also offer WORK FROM HOME (within a 60-mile radius of Brookings, SD). Complete a full-time 4-week training onsite in our Brookings, SD office to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to help you achieve success in your career. Our self-paced style of training includes on the job training and getting to practice with mentors to ensure you’re provided with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in your career!

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills through phone interactions. 
  • Attentive and detail-oriented in finding the best solution for our customers. 
  • Negotiate and collaborate to find resolutions for customers’ inquiries and payment issues.
  • Achieve performance goals consistently and efficiently.
