Company Overview:

AutoCamp and Field Station are a leading vertically integrated outdoor hospitality brand, management, investment, and development company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of hotels and outdoor lodging properties. Our mission is to provide exceptional outdoor experiences that promote a love for nature, family togetherness, and lifelong memories. We have a portfolio of properties across the country, and we are actively seeking to expand our footprint.

Position Overview:

The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for leading the company’s revenue generation strategy across all properties and platforms. This executive role is focused 100% on revenue — developing and executing innovative, data-driven strategies to maximize occupancy, enhance pricing and yield, and optimize all sales and distribution channels. The CRO will lead our Revenue Management function and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to ensure holistic revenue success.

Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, proven success scaling multi-property portfolios, and deep experience in hospitality distribution. A passion for experiential and outdoor travel is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy Leadership

Top-of-Funnel Growth Focus

  • Relentlessly pursue new opportunities for topline growth, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to increasing revenue streams.

Distribution Channel Optimization

  • Maximize efficiency and reach across all channels including OTAs, direct bookings, GDS, and third-party partnerships.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, partner and develop the Revenue Management team to ensure high performance in pricing, yield, and inventory optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align on revenue goals, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

Market Intelligence & Data Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, guest behaviors, and internal data to inform pricing and inventory decisions.

Performance Management

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Oversee accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to company-wide financial planning and budgeting processes.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and brand expansion.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of innovation and data-driven experimentation to continuously improve revenue outcomes.
