Location:

Remote (must be available to support North America business hours: approx. 2 PM – 9 PM SAST)

Working Hours:

Full workday aligned to North American time zones, with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Onboarding Program Manager to join their Sales Enablement / Talent Development team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a critical role focused on designing and delivering a scalable, engaging onboarding program for a growing North American sales team. The company is planning to onboard 15–20 new sales professionals over the next few months, and this role will directly shape their first experiences and future success.

This is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up and leave a lasting impact in a business that values initiative, performance, and a can-do mindset.


Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Development
  • Design a scalable, role-specific onboarding program for North American sales hires

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, HR, and Learning & Development to align program content with business goals and required sales competencies

  • Curate and create training materials, schedules, frameworks, and success metrics

Project Management
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for a live cohort of new sales hires

  • Coordinate resources, track timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of sessions and supporting content

  • Gather feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the key point of contact for onboarding efforts across departments

  • Facilitate check-ins with managers and new hires to ensure alignment and engagement

  • Present insights and recommendations based on onboarding outcomes and feedback

Learning Design & Enablement
  • Work with existing internal learning materials (some may require extraction or reformatting)

  • Develop engaging training modules from knowledge base resources across multiple learning streams such as ITIL, AWS, Cisco, Red Hat, Salesforce, AI, and more



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Talent Management

  • Proven success in designing and delivering onboarding programs (ideally in a sales, tech, or training environment)

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions quickly

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, CRM systems (like Salesforce), and content development tools

  • Must be available for full workdays within North American business hours (approx. 2 PM–9 PM SAST)

  • Previous experience working in North America–aligned roles or time zones is a strong advantage

  • A stable, well-articulated career path with a track record of delivery and reliability is essential
