Content Creator / Learning Designer – Strategic Alliances (6-Month Contract)

Our client is looking for a creative, technically-minded Content Creator / Learning Designer to join their Strategic Alliances team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on building engaging, strategic sales enablement materials tailored to top partners including Cisco, Microsoft, and AWS.
You’ll transform complex technical training solutions into intuitive, digestible sales enablement content that supports internal stakeholders and fuels sales growth. You’ll also help maintain intranet content hubs, work with data tools like 6sense to create intent-driven content, and partner closely with sales, marketing, and strategic alliances teams.
Create compelling sales plays, enablement modules, quick-reference guides, and job aids for internal sales teams
Translate technical training offerings into accessible and actionable learning content for non-technical audiences
Build and manage internal content libraries and intranet pages for each strategic partner
Ensure content is current, aligned with go-to-market strategy, and easily accessible
Use 6sense to interpret account intent signals and develop targeted content
Leverage Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Sales Engagement to distribute enablement materials and track engagement metrics
Partner with sales enablement, alliances, and marketing to ensure content meets internal needs and aligns with partner messaging
Continuously gather and apply feedback from internal teams to improve content performance
4+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or sales enablement—ideally in a tech or training-focused environment
Strong understanding of the partner ecosystems of Cisco, Microsoft, and AWS
Proficiency in 6sense, Salesforce, and Salesforce Sales Engagement is essential
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
Exceptional writing, design sensibility, and project management capabilities
Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
Availability to work full-time aligned with North American business hours (approx. 2 PM–9 PM SAST)
