Sales Plays Contractor – Sales Plays & Campaigns (3-Month Contract)

Location:

Remote (must be available to support North America business hours: approx. 2 PM – 9 PM SAST)

Working Hours:

Full workday aligned to North American time zones, with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Plays Contractor to support their Sales Enablement team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will be focused on developing and executing high-impact sales plays and targeted marketing campaigns that align with strategic training offerings and drive pipeline generation across North America.

You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and enablement teams to craft compelling playbooks, launch coordinated campaigns, and measure performance—all while leveraging modern tools like 6sense, Salesforce, and Salesforce Sales Engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales Play Development
  • Collaborate with sales and product stakeholders to craft sales plays that align with core training offerings and priority market segments

  • Develop compelling assets including playbooks, email templates, call scripts, talk tracks, and battle cards

Campaign Execution
  • Design and launch targeted outbound campaigns to boost engagement and sales pipeline

  • Use 6sense to identify buying signals and prioritize high-intent accounts

  • Deploy content and track campaign activity via Salesforce and Salesforce Sales Engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with sales enablement, digital, and product teams to ensure message alignment and execution consistency

  • Provide support and training to the sales team on how to effectively activate and utilize new sales play content

Performance Reporting
  • Monitor campaign results, engagement rates, and sales team feedback

  • Analyze performance data and suggest iterative improvements for future playbooks and outreach efforts
