We're looking for an experienced freelance trainer to deliver practical and hands-on sessions on Kafka Administration (Level-2 & Level-3). The trainer should bring deep technical knowledge, structured content, and a learner-centric delivery approach.

Topics to Be Covered:

Kafka architecture
Cluster setup & configuration
Topic management
Monitoring and troubleshooting
Kafka Connect, KSQL, and Confluent Control Center (C3)
Security setup: SSL, ACLs, RBAC
Disaster Recovery (DR) using MirrorMaker
Multi-Region Clustering (MRC) and Cluster Linking
Advanced performance tuning and optimization

Trainer Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and technically sound training aligned with the provided topic list
