Solace Administrator Level-2 & 3 Training

Position Title: Freelance Trainer – Solace Administrator (Level-2 & Level-3)

Training Overview:

We are seeking an expert freelance trainer to deliver hands-on training sessions on Solace Administration (Level-2 & Level-3). The ideal candidate should possess real-world implementation experience along with strong mentoring and delivery capabilities.

Key Topics to Be Covered:

• Solace architecture
  

• Bridges, Routes, and Multi-Node Routing (MNR)
  

• VPN configuration, queue setup, and topic routing
  

• Data Replication, Redundancy, and High Availability (HA) design
  

• Monitoring tools and diagnostics practices
  

• Security and authentication strategies
  

• HA/DR setup for Solace environments
  

• Command Line Interface (CLI) and SEMPv2 API usage
  

• Automation techniques and performance tuning best practices
  

Trainer Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training aligned with the provided curriculum
  

• Provide real-time lab guidance and best practices
  

• Share session recordings, study materials, and configuration examples
  

• Conduct assessments and provide performance feedback
  

• Support learners with post-training follow-ups
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Solace PubSub+ administration and configuration
  

• Solid understanding of messaging middleware architecture
  

• Hands-on experience with HA/DR, routing, and automation
  

• Comfort with CLI tools, scripting, and API interfaces (SEMPv2)
  

• Strong communication skills and an engaging training style
  

• Experience delivering corporate or freelance technical training
