  • Document and track client issues in the ticketing system and ensure accurate billing.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and promote the company's products and services.

Job description

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Focused Area: Separator, Decanters, Homogenizer and V&P products
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting, installation and commissioning steps and provide clear instructions
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Charge fees for services rendered and ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and solutions.
  • Promote company’s product and services
  • Support Service Sales for Technical clarification & Spare Parts recommendation
  • Contributing positively to Business's achievement, incl his individual targets and Country targets
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related field
  • Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of Service Engineer, with excellent related skills for commissioning, troubleshooting & Service Maintenance, caring with care of exact details and with high responsibility.
  • Prior experience in handling and operating of Separators or fast rotating equipment
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta systems
  • Good working level of English & Vietnamese - speaking and writing
  • Emphatic with strong customer focus
  • Good communicattion skills, especially via phone and chat
  • Service oriented, patient, and a team player
  • Safety conscious and of good moral character
  • Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity
  • Ready to travel and work off-hours
  • Preferred are: Holding a valid driver’s license
