Job Title: Influencer & Creator Marketing Lead

Location: Remote

We’re looking for a creator-obsessed, culture-savvy marketing lead to take the reins on our influencer and creator marketing efforts across TikTok and Instagram.


What You’ll Do

You’ll own the entire creator lifecycle – from discovery to delivery. Your goal? Seed product, spark content, and scale community.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach
    • Identify and recruit creators that reflect our target customer for each brand
    • Handle outreach, product gifting, and all creator communications
  • Seeding & Product Fulfillment
    • Coordinate product send-outs (gifting + campaign-related), track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries
    • Maintain seeding calendars for each brand and product drop
  • Content & Campaign Management
    • Ensure content is on-brand, on-trend, and delivered on time
    • Track deliverables, usage rights, and performance metrics
    • Flag and curate high-performing UGC for organic/paid usage
  • Community Building
    • Build and nurture a creator community that feels personally connected to our brands
    • Plan occasional touchpoints (e.g., surprise & delight, virtual hangouts, beta-testing new products)
  • Brand Alignment
    • Deeply understand and uphold the visual, tonal, and mission-aligned standards of each brand
    • Partner with brand leads and creative teams to guide content direction


What You Bring

  • 2–4+ years experience in influencer or creator marketing (beauty, pet, lifestyle, or party a plus)
  • Strong network and intuition for finding the right creators, not just the biggest
  • Excellent written communication – you’ll be the voice of our brand in DMs and inboxes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to follow-ups, shipping, and deliverables
  • Passion for UGC, emerging trends, and building creator-led brands


Nice to Have

  • Experience managing seeding at scale
  • Prior experience using influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, Grin)
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.
