About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer or Architect to join a cross-functional team delivering business-critical applications, including client onboarding and identification tools. This is a hands-on technical role that blends Salesforce platform expertise with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

You’ll be part of a flexible, friendly environment where knowledge-sharing is encouraged, and contributions are recognised. The ideal candidate is someone who values high-quality delivery and can help support, mentor, and inspire others along the way.

📍 Location: Prague, Czech Republic (first 3 months onsite, then hybrid: 60% onsite / 40% remote)

   What We’re Looking For:

• A Salesforce expert with strong experience in development, configuration, and platform delivery
• Someone comfortable translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• A developer who writes clean, maintainable code in APEX, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• A proactive communicator and team player, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• A hands-on consultant with a willingness to contribute beyond Salesforce, when needed

    What You’ll Need:

• Proven commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect
• Proficiency in APEX, LWC, and Aura Components
• Experience building modern, user-friendly UIs and maintaining robust codebases
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and platform configuration
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
• Bonus: Exposure to Java-based development or broader application delivery
• Willingness to work onsite in Prague for the first 3 months, transitioning to hybrid (60% onsite / 40% remote)
