Job Overview 

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented  Manager, Field Reporting to lead the development, delivery, and optimization of reporting solutions for all field-based teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Account Management. This individual contributor role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization and ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights. 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

 Lead collaboration with external vendors to design, implement, and maintain scalable reporting platforms. 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, CRM and Data Strategy to align reporting solutions with business goals and user needs. 

  • Identify and execute opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting processes. 

  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to ensure effective adoption of reporting tools. 

  • Gather feedback from leaders and field teams to incorporate into further reporting improvements. 

  • Implement QC processes to monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all field reporting deliverables.

  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data (e.g., sales, demand, claims, CRM). 

 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics or related field. 

  • Minimum 6 8 years (w/o Masters) or 4 – 6 years (with Masters) of relevant experience. 

  • Experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations and data reporting strongly preferred. 

  • Familiarity with sales operations and field force effectiveness is a plus. 

 

The base salary range for this role is $134,400 to $168,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.  Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.  Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
