Join our ID Technology team as an Area Sales Manager in the San Antonio, Texas area and play a pivotal role in driving the company's success. In this dynamic position, you will take the lead in cultivating leads, fostering exceptional customer relationships, and promoting the sales of our premier products and services.

Are you motivated about this work?

  • Promote the comprehensive range of ID Technology products, encompassing label, coding & marking equipment, labels, and ribbons, across the State of Arkansas and its neighboring areas.
  • Foster new client partnerships while nurturing existing accounts with integrity and financial success.
  • Provide dedicated assistance to national accounts whenever necessary.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads provided by the company.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential and current clients.
  • Generate proposals and quotes within established company guidelines for potential clients.
  • Produce comprehensive reports in alignment with the company's reporting framework.
  • Actively participate in mandatory trainings and meetings as directed by leadership.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and technical advancements to remain industry-relevant.

  • A college background or a track record of successful sales experience with documented achievements.
  • Proficiency in recognizing customer requirements and aligning them with our suite of products and services.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and applications.
  • Competency in computer operations, particularly MS Office applications, Syteline, and Concur.
  • Willingness to dedicate approximately 50% of your schedule to meeting prospects, clients, vendors, etc., off-site.
  • Ownership of a reliable vehicle and a commendable driving record.
  • Commitment to ethical business conduct and achievement of prosperous outcomes.
  • Inherent self-motivation and an ardent pursuit of personal and professional development.
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts, paired with exceptional communication and organizational aptitude.
