You’ll be a natural collaborator who is comfortable navigating complexity, solving problems, and bringing structure to ambiguity.

What does the job involve?

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you'll coordinate the delivery of our quarterly change programme and help embed our enterprise-wide delivery practice. You will:

Lead cross-functional delivery squads to deliver initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects across the business.
Coordinate planning, sequencing, and resourcing across the change programme.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles across delivery workstreams.
Ensure delivery governance practices are followed and outcomes are clearly measured.
Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Business Operations.
