Are you an experienced BCBA ready to lead a team, shape clinical quality, and make a lasting impact? At Centria Autism, our Directors of Clinical Services are more than managers, they’re mentors, collaborators, and drivers of clinical excellence.

This is your opportunity to lead ABA services in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where quality comes first, staff are supported, and children thrive.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $95,000–$105,000, plus bonus opportunities (typically averaging $2,500/month).

Why Lead with Centria?

  • Lead with Impact – Oversee clinical teams and client care, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy that is compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based.

  • Support a Team That Cares – Coach and guide Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians with consistent feedback, hands-on modeling, and regular check-ins.

  • Built-In Support Systems – Partner with Area Directors, operations leaders, and the Clinical Excellence Team to ensure your teams and families have what they need to succeed.

  • Assent-Based, Ethical ABA – Champion a clinical model rooted in assent, Practical Functional Assessment, and Skills-Based Treatment, fully integrated into Centria’s systems.

  • Career Growth That’s Clear – Gain access to advanced leadership training, clinical forums, and opportunities to move into area leadership roles.

  • Support Systems Wherever You Land
    • Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and Clinical Excellence Leaders
    • Dedicated scheduling, admin, and operational support
    • Peer network across markets for connection and mentorship

  • We Invest in You – From CEU stipends and paid CEU days to exclusive internal training events, we’re serious about keeping you sharp and helping you level up.

  • Perks That Actually Matter – Annual, all-inclusive vacation for two, early wage access, 401k with company match, and full benefits package.

Your Role & Impact as a Director of Clinical Services

  • Drive Client Progress – Support your team in making data-driven decisions by reviewing treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring every child receives individualized, evidence-based care.

  • Mentor Clinical Teams – Lead, coach, and develop Supervising Clinicians through regular case reviews, performance feedback, and ongoing support to ensure consistent, high-quality therapy.

  • Lead Clinical Excellence – Use Centria’s internal tools and standards to evaluate treatment fidelity, supervision practices, and clinical impact across your team.

  • Deliver Targeted Training – Facilitate skill-building workshops and group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians to enhance clinical performance and maintain best practices.

  • Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, compliance, and service quality across your region.

  • Support Elevate Growth – Contribute to the development of future clinicians by supporting our Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program.

  • Champion the Centria Experience – Conduct caregiver check-ins and ensure families feel supported, heard, and engaged throughout their journey with Centria.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience That Matters – At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.

  • Leadership Background – 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years), with preference given to those who have mentored practicum students.

  • Crisis Management Skills – Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments is highly valued.

  • Clinical Fluency in Best Practices – Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices preferred.

At Centria, clinical leadership is about more than managing caseloads; it’s about shaping the future of care. Apply today and take the next step in your leadership journey.
