Global Operations Manager

We are seeking a Global Operations Manager to lead a diverse team of 50+ global trainers. In this role, youll drive operational excellence, optimize trainer performance, and ensure the highest quality of service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented leader with a passion for people management and operational strategy.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and develop a multicultural team of trainers, ensuring exceptional lesson delivery on a global scale.

• Drive operational performance through KPI management, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance the learner experience.

• Take ownership of recruitment, performance management, and ongoing development of trainers.

• Act as a strategic partner to ensure trainer alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

What Were Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in people management, operations, or customer success.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Bilingual in English with excellent communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive business impact.

• Experience in multicultural environments; background in education or training is a plus.

• Passion for continuous learning and development.
