Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our high performing team, remotely, in Indonesia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients across multiple industries. He/she will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates to fill their open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions using a range of sourcing methods including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit and suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
  • Negotiate offers to successful candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to offer acceptance
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their open positions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing industry
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for a range of industries, experience in Tech/IT hiring added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
  • Good communication skills
