Job description

Responsibilities

Helpdesk Support / Remote Support
Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords to allow access to the network
Troubleshoot network problems and outages, ensure networks are running smoothly
Install new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc.)
Training staff on new infrastructure solutions
Setup VOIP Telephone
Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working atmosphere
Give honest and constructive feedback to your colleagues to develop their skills
Work in accordance with company standards and local legislation with health & safety and security routines, to guarantee you, your colleagues and customer safety at all times

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field, with 4 years of experience
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software in addition other remote access desktop programs
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
