Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Bridge. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates who have the potential to become valuable employees to our clients. The Recruiter will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. The Recruiter may also be responsible for other duties as assigned by management.

Job Scope:

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company reputation as the best place to work

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying recruitment challenges and implementing solutions
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Experience in the Malaysian job market is a plus
Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is an advantage
