We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join a well established company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of category management, analytics, and negotiation with premium brand partners. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the broader MENA region is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Drive brand positioning and awareness in the market.
Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and consumer insights.

Category Management:

Oversee product category planning and performance.
Analyze sales data to determine category performance and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortments.

Utilize data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Negotiation and Partnership Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with premium brand partners.
Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with partnership terms.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications:

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the MENA region is mandatory.
