Project Manager

Our client, an exciting and reputable financial services firm are experiencing significant growth and are hiring for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will work collaboratively across the business and manage the successful delivery of a range of projects from inception to closure.

The Role

Responsible for managing projects across all stages of the project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and planning through to successful closure
Design and manage project plans, prepare budgets and track the progress
Responsible for conducting resource planning, identifying risks and issues, and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Responsible for relationship management and ensuring the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients
Lead effective change management and communications initiatives

The Person

5+ years of project management experience working in a client facing role
Project Management Professional (PMP) / Prince2 certification preferred
Proven experience in managing end to end project delivery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
Excellent relationship management experience
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
