Job Description:

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Develop and track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of cloud-based or on-premises developing, testing, staging and production system
Pre-production acceptance testing for quality assurance
Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
Definition processes to establish QA best practices within the agile environment

Qualification:

Skills:

API automation testing including working experience with unit test automation frameworks
Strong grasp of QA life cycle within agile environments
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with QA and automation tools.
Experience with open-source test tools
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail mindset.
Strong experience with Cloud, such as, AWS, Azure etc.
Strong understanding of Scrum based agile development life cycle
Ability to develop & run scripts and utilities under Linux, Unix, and Windows
