Implement DevOps best practices and enterprise IT policies.
Monitor entire infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud deployments, and applications
Data and VoIP servers’ management.
Management of cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
Supervise Internet bandwidth and performance management.
Supervise IT Stock management
Communicate and coordinate with service providers (ISP and vendors)
Handle data queries regarding the users by Quality Control/Assurance.
VPN and remote connectivity access management.
Monitor Data and Voice Network Uptime and management.
Recommend performance enhancements by performing gap analysis, identifying alternative solutions
Communication and coordination with foreign offices and other departments for smooth business operations.
Job Specification:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems management, or similar.
6-10 years of experience in IT networking/support, and at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Preferable hands-on experience of working with VoIP and PBX solutions such as Asterisk, FreePBX and 3CX.
Have hand on experience in managing cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Preferable certifications in AWS and/or Azure.
Must have hands-on experience with managing continuous deployments, integrations, high availability and monitoring using tools such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Manage Engine
Excellent management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage 24/7 IT operations through efficient management, training and empowerment of team members.
