POSITION SUMMARY

Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner, based in our Sofia office, who will be support for Purina business to achieve all targets through optimal demand plan accuracy while considering market trends, and by ensuring the availability of finished goods at dispatch locations to meet customers’ demand. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNER
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to manage and establish an 18-month Demand Plan during relevant meetings.
• Ensure sustainable Customer Service Levels meeting customers’ requirements while adhering to Working Capital targets.
• Analyze and communicate relevant information within the Business Planning process, highlighting supply issues and the impacts of proposed actions.
• Track the Supply Plans to make sure imports are done in the right time on the right location
• Monitor ageing stocks to anticipate issues and implement alternative solutions to prevent write-offs of finished products.
• Collaborate with Event Management, Marketing, and Sales on new products to ensure successful launches
• Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration with all streams on local and regional level.
• Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings, presenting and discussing specific situations and topics related to demand and supply planning.
• Adjust the Demand Plan based on trends in the market, specific activities in the customers and long term
• Accurately predict the volumes required for future sales to ensure optimal planning and stock level.
• Guarantee that finished goods meet quality standards and are available at the appropriate locations to satisfy customer demand while optimizing resources.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
• English: fluency required on daily bases, challenge people in English.
• Strong analytical skills
• Understands commonly used concepts, practices in demand planning
• Statistic tools usage experience would represent an advantage
• Ability to challenge and convince his interlocutors
• Well organized, management of priorities
• Decision making skills
• Good use of IT systems, particularly Excel
• Can work autonomously
• Proactive
• Self-driven and communicative person
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, strong team player
