We are looking for an experienced F & B Training Manager to work with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of training schedules across multiple outlets, new starters, monitoring quality, hands-on measurable training programs & performing regular audits in line with international brand standards.
Lead shift briefings, ensure that all new hires have been properly trained and entered in to payroll system according to training manuals, give feedback and coaching to all service staff and communicate progress of training to management.
Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for lunch, or dinner.
Qualifications:
Experience in Food and Beverage or hospitality industry with the ability to relate and support a high level of guest service focus.
Experience in high volume fine dining is preferred.
Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects to achieve deadlines and desired results. PC skills.
