Job description

Our client is a leading real estate group based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
  • Present and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand property values and investment potential.
  • Manage negotiations and provide expert advice to clients throughout the buying process.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluency in [Language(s)] (English, Arabic, or any other relevant language).
