Must have strong hands-on technical skills to contribute during technical design discussions and requirement clarifications.
Must be able to work with the current team to understand application design and data-flow with minimal ramp up time.
Must follow code/design best practices during development and also guide juniors in the team.
Must be able to ready to work in an agile/dynamic environment and take lead of end to end deliverables.

Must Have For DEV:

6+ years. Strong Java, J2EE , Spring (Spring boot, Batch, DI etc.), Knowledge on micro-services, Database / Batch Processing skills, Hands-on Linux scripting experience.
