Job description

We are small technology services company based in Rockville, MD.

We are looking for a lawyer that can review our business contracts on a as needed basis. This is a part-time remote contract with about 2-5 hours of commitment a week. We are looking for quick turn around (within 24 hours).

Job responsibilities are

- Review our standard business contracts
- Review redlines sent by clients
- Occasional call with clients and their attorneys
- Send late payment collection notice (very rare).

Understanding of IT services business is expected. There is no litigation expected and this is purely a document review role. We are looking for someone who is very responsive and available via email/phone.
