Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of agency experience and a proven track record of managing and optimizing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns, analyze data for actionable insights, and drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

Assist in the development and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting.
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies with broader marketing goals.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
Implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies to improve organic rankings.
Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Partner with account managers to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of agency experience in performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on data and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to clients and internal teams.
HubSpot experience and Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
