Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.

Budget & Cost Control:

Prepare project estimates, budgets, and cost-tracking reports.
Approve expenditures and manage change orders.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Lead project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to clients and senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and address quality control issues.
Enforce compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges.
Adapt to changing project conditions and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: [X] years in construction project management (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: PMP, OSHA 30, or other relevant certifications (a plus).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
