The Substitute Teacher is a qualified professional educator who meets the requirements to substitute teach in a Catholic School of the Diocese of Orlando.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Substitute Teachers must maintain a safe, orderly and secure learning and working environment.
Substitutes may be required to substitute for multiple teachers/classrooms during the school day or they may be assigned to one teacher’s schedule and classroom.
Employee is never to leave the class unattended.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Practicing Catholic preferred.
Compliance with Diocesan FBI fingerprint clearance and compliance with Safe Environment training requirements; and appropriate Florida State Teaching Certification.
