We are currently seeking part time and full-time positions for ABA Therapist to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Primary Responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:

Builds rapport and communicates effectively with clients and caregivers.
Implements all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plan or protocol.
Collects and maintains data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
Continuously develops understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applies information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
Communicates needs in regard to consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.

All Candidates Must Maintain:

A valid driver’s license.
A current auto insurance policy

Minimum Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in a related human service field.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
