We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time ABA Therapists/Behavioral Technician to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The primary responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:

Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients and caregivers.
Implementing all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming, and behavior intervention plan or protocol.
Collecting and maintaining data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
Maintaining cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.
Continuously developing understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applying information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
Communicating needs regarding consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.

All Candidates Must Maintain:

A valid driver's license.
A current auto insurance policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in a related human service field.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
