Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, independent, and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, supporting sales representatives, and driving business growth through analytics, key account management, and program development. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Analytics, Forecasting, and Reporting:

  • Analyze existing business data to identify opportunities for growth (e.g., no-order accounts, reorder timing, upsell opportunities, etc.).
  • Manage account-by-account sales forecasts using historical data and trends.
  • Work with the Product team to incorporate new product sales into forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive sales strategy and improve performance.

Sales Representative Support:

  • Manage and support sales reps by updating monthly call sheets, reports, and sharing summaries.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with reps to address challenges and share feedback with the internal team.
Onboarding:
  • Support onboarding processes for key accounts, including reviewing and highlighting differences in vendor forms.
  • Ensure new accounts are managed by the appropriate reps and territories. Capture all needed information for new accounts and forecast sales for them.
  • Communicate critical information to relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment.

Clinics and Training:

  • Prepare tools and materials for sales clinics.
  • Schedule clinics with reps, review feedback, and implement actionable insights.

Operational and Administrative Support:

  • Organize and prepare materials for sales meetings, trade shows, and events.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, including scheduling.

Sales Program Development:

  • Leverage analytics to develop and implement sales programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to refine strategies for corporate and retailer accounts.

Communication and Outreach:

  • Brief and coordinate with the marketing team on monthly wholesale marketing outbound communication.
  • Support corporate business development by assisting with key account management and new business opportunities.

Key Account Monitoring:

  • Identify, track, and report to the team tier 1 and 2 account sell-through trends.
  • Identify potential shifts in demand and communicate findings with the team.

Trade Shows and Events:

  • Coordinate trade show schedules and logistics.





Requirements


  • Ideally, experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in sales support, key account management, and analytics.
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
