Dein Referendariat

Im Rahmen Deiner juristischen Wahlstation hast Du bei uns als Referendar (m/w/d) die Möglichkeit, den Alltag eines People Relations Partner in einem internationalen Großkonzern kennenzulernen. Dabei wirst Du insbesondere mit folgenden Aufgaben vertraut:

Du bearbeitest Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich des nationalen und internationalen Arbeitsrechts
Du erarbeitest gutachterliche Stellungnahmen zu arbeits-, betriebsverfassungs- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und wirkst an Vertragsgestaltungen mit
Du bist an der Beratung von Führungskräften und People & Culture Mitarbeitenden in personalrechtlichen Themen beteiligt
Du nimmst an der Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen teil
Du erarbeitest selbstständig Teilprojekte

Dein Profil

Du bist Rechtsreferendar (m/w/d) und möchtest Deine Wahlstation in einem global agierenden Unternehmen absolvieren
Die erste juristische Staatsprüfung hast Du mit Erfolg bestanden
Du hast Kenntnisse in und Interesse an Arbeitsrecht sowie wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
Du handelst selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und bist aufgeschlossen für neue Ideen und Wege
You are proficient in English and not afraid of talking to international clients
