We also produce syringes and needles for the veterinary industry under the SOL-VET line of products, as well as an extensive range of standard (non-safety) needles and syringes.We have a rich pipeline of new product innovation, and ambitious plans to grow our brands and our business. Well manage the industrialization projects with strong coordinating ability among customer, internal team and suppliers. Consistency in the Design Control elements linked to the suppliers/manufacturers.
Bridge all the technical aspects once we are moving from the feasibility to the industrialization stage (starting from the development) between Swiss and China and with Suppliers, Mold maker facilities and machine facilities.
Support Technical Teams (R&D, Mold makers, suppliers) understanding constraints and fix them in advance
Responsibilities:
Manage the industrialization projects and make sure all the deliverables on time.
Assure information consistency and clear path across technical dossiers/products/suppliers
Work with potential technology suppliers with the aim to leverage SOL M productions capabilities.
Support manufacturing team from technical standpoint in making drawing and or suggestion on the mold and machine construction.
Support the teams cross regions and functions proposing new tests method, procedures, controls methods for product under development which are moving in the industrialization phase
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in mechanical/biomedical engineering or equivalent experience.
Bilingual: Chinese/English is required.
Knowledge of production processes (injection molding and assembly processes)
Working experience in Industrialization and R&D activities
Multinational experience (overseas experience are highly appreciated)
PMP
Working experience in medical devices company (needle and syringes would be much more appreciated)
Knowledge of ISO Norm, GMP, FDA requirements and Medical Device Guidelines.
