Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the execution of growth initiatives to meet the expected volume of qualified leads that convert to business results
  • Being an owner of multiple channels that are closely associated with the customer acquisition process and optimizing its performance across buying stages
  • Collaborate with other channel owners and cross-functional teams to deploy growth initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities, monitor growth metrics, ensure real-time visibility of progress, and provide reports on a regular basis

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels for demand generation (SEO, PPC, CRM, Email, Partnerships)
  • Demonstrated ability in crafting hypotheses and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and validated by the end results
  • Demonstrated project management & execution capabilities
  • Prior experience in owning demand generation metrics
  • Proficient with data & analytics (SQL proficiency is a strong plus)
  • Prior B2B or experience in leading tech companies will be preferred
